Day 6: Vacation Bible School

Today was the final day of vacation Bible school - after the activities (including sing-a-longs, noisemaker construction, and skits) were finished, the kids joined us outside for fun on the playground, and wished us well as we left.

A storm blew through during the afternoon - according to folks at the church, it was the first lightning Tegucigalpa has seen in three years. Consequently, some of the folks were hesitant to venture to the second floor of the church. The clouds were beautiful as they moved across the sky.
